OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
RAY SCOTT "MY KIND OF MUSIC"

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by applicable law. The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 16 or older who had online access on or before March. 1, 2005. All prizes won by Minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility Liability and Publicity Release as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of Warner Bros. Records and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. To enter, you must submit all required information asked on the entry form. Entrants will receive information from Ray Scott and Warner Bros. Records via e-mail unless they "opt-out" on the registration page.

All online entries must include entrant's name, address, and valid email address. The Sweepstakes will begin at approximately 12 PM (PST) March 1, 2005 and entries must be date stamped by our e-mail server, or postmarked, no later than June 1, 2005 at 6 PM (PST). Sweepstakes entries bearing date stamp or postmark after such date will not be eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. The first and last name provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted. We expressly reserve the right to disqualify any entries that we believe in good-faith are generated by a so-called spam or automated e-mail program or via scripts and automated submission. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Entries and prizes are nontransferable. All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value for any prize. All prizes won by Minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize.

WINNERS LIST. Contest results and copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Ray Scott 'My Kind Of Music' Contest," c/o Warner Bros. Records Inc., New Media, 20 Music Sq. East, Nashville, TN 37203. Results will be available after June 15, 2005. Requests for results must be received by June 1, 2005.

Warner Bros. Records Inc. ("Sponsor") is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or misdirected Contest entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Contest entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants (including, without limitation, e-mail addresses) when they enter the Contest via e-mail. By participating in the Contest via e-mail, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. http://www.wbr.com/cmp/privacy.html.

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Warner Music Group Inc. or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy http://www.wbr.com/cmp/privacy.html and to be contacted by telephone and/or email.

SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. One will be determined by a random drawing among all eligible entries received via e-mail, to be conducted by Sponsors on or about June 1, 2005, from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Contest and selection of winners are final. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winners from the drawing will be notified by email or telephone on or about June 15, 2005. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within SEVENTY-TWO (72) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received.

The Prizes are subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:

NO CASH OR OTHER SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, WHO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

All federal, state and local taxes related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winners (or applicable Winner's parent or legal guardian if such Winner is a minor). All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including but not limited to applicable taxes, are the Winners' sole responsibility (or the sole responsibility of applicable Winner's parent or legal guardian if such Winner is a minor). No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. No transfer of the prize is permitted. Each potential winner (or potential winner's parent or legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity within FIVE (5) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, and participants in the Contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Contest. Each participant waives any and all objectives to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Contest may only be entered in or from the United States and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. Except where prohibited by law (or if applicable Winner is a resident of Tennessee), each Winner (or such Winner's parent or legal guardian if such Winner is a minor) grants to Sponsor and its advertising agencies the right to use and publish such Winner's photo, proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state in any media to promote Sponsor and the Contest without additional compensation.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
